We are seeking a Youth Leader whose joy in Christ is contagious, and who can build Teens & families in love. The right person will develop a team and shape teens with the Word of God and the Mission heart of Jesus! Dedicated believers with varied education welcome; prior experience in a thriving Youth Ministry is preferred. Our growing multi-generational church of 200-250 is surging with young families! Weekly Youth Group draws 15-25 but large blocks of tweens are coming up yearly from Awana and church families. Facilities are strong – gym, renovated Anchor Youth Room, etc. But it’s the heart & history God gave us for Teens that is striking. We need an energetic leader to fan into flame lifelong followers of Jesus! We’re also praying for the 3000+ kids in a 10-mile radius -- so much untapped opportunity to see CHRIST transform families.
